The hottest summer in a long time and our a/c quit. We called A&H and they came right out. After diagnosing the problem we decided to replace the unit with new. In the interim A & H brought out loaner window units so we could stay in our home while they did the work. Very professional and we are very happy with the work they did and equipment they supplied. We highly recommend A & H.

Nathan was very conscientious about cleaning up after the work was done. He was up front about pricing and what he expected the problem to be (tree roots in the sewer line). He also unplugged one of our slow draining sinks and showed what to do if the sinks plugs up again. He gave us a couple of quotes on a new hot water heater that was thousands below the other quote we had received. We will request him next time we need service.

Huge shout out to A& H Air Conditioning, our heating unit was not working this morning (and 18 degrees outside) and they had Clayton out here within an hour and the unit fixed within the next hour. Awesome service! We had some issues with our newly installed heating system mainly due to the structure of our old building. It took them a few days to figure out what was wrong and resolve the issues. The general manager, Mike Horn, stopped by our restaurant in Lawrence, KS and apologized for the inconvenience caused by the heaters not working properly. He did not leave until he made sure everything was working fine. We definitely recommend A & H.

A keeper. I recently moved into an older home with a somewhat recently installed furnace. The furnace had a bad exhaust fan so I called another company who came out and inspected it. After charging almost $80 for the inspection they tell me they don't have the part to fix it. So I called A&H. The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on the furnace and the company indicated the furnace was out of warranty.
A&H, on their own contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and pointed out that based on their records the furnace should still be under warranty!! I ended up only paying for labor which I was glad to pay since the tech was a 1st-rate professional. Not only that but A&H helped transfer the warranty from the original owner to my name.
